Hey! It’s actually Friday this time!!
I fell off the weight loss and fitness wagon and bounced a few times. Now I’m running trying to get back on. Well, I guess I wouldn’t say running…maybe it’s more of a slow trot. Each day I wake up with the same options as the day before. Eat halfway decent or eat like I can’t wait to put the 10 pounds back on that I lost. A few times in the last couple of weeks I’ve chosen the latter — like chowing down a whole box of Girl Scout cookies in an evening. Granted there’s only like 7 in a box and decreasing each year, but still. Or how about eating out about a half a dozen times in a 5-day period? I’m eating like I’m trying to win some sort of prize for who can gain weight back fastest.
I guess now it’s time time to put my actions where my mouth is. It’s time to step up and Live Life TRYING by trying again!
