15 second plank: Take a look at the How To Plank video below. It totally was not intentional that I chose another video featuring a hottie! Really! It was the only decent planking video out there! Totally ignore Mr. Buff when he says it will start to burn after a minute. For us real people it will start to burn almost immediately!
6 squats: These are my favorite! *insert heavy sarcasm
