Holy cow, we’re on day 4!

Today’s post is going to be quick. It was a crazy busy day, and I so did not want to do my challenge today. But, I committed to a 30-day challenge — not a whenever-you-feel-like-it challenge so I begrudgingly did the following:
3 modified push-ups: Seem to be getting a little easier. Feel free to stay at one or two push-ups as long as you need to. You’ll know when it’s time to move on.
20-second plank: Keep that butt down!
15 crunches: Hold for a beat at the top on a few of them.
10 squats: We’ll cover correct form on squats another day. I’m still cautious of my knees.
