4 modified push-ups: I just can’t seem to get past four. And that’s okay. It’s even okay if you can’t get past one or two. We are where we are and the consistency is what will pay off.
25-second plank: You can do it!
20 crunches: I did some without the pause at the top and some with. Go with how you feel.
10 squats: Watch that form!
