As promised, I am back to my cheery self today! Insanely long day at work today, and I’m in a hotel tonight. And I forgot to bring my yoga mat. So a towel on the floor it is!
4 modified push-ups: This towel sucks. I miss my mat.
28-second plank: It seems like the time goes faster if I concentrate on tightening different muscles.

13 squats: Make sure they’re good ones! I figured out that if I lean forward too much they are easier — we don’t want that!
