5 modified push-ups: I really was only going to do four. After four I felt like I could eek another one out…form wasn’t the best but close enough!
27-second plank: I started shaking at the 17 second mark. Ten seconds can seem like FOR.EVER!
25 crunches: Meant to do 22 crunches. My mind wandered while counting, and I ended up at 25!
11 squats: Not a clue if these are doing anything, but I’ll keep doing them and see what happens.
