The post for day 16 is a day late. I did the challenge…really I did….but I may or may not have been a little (a lot) drunk when I did it. The takeaway here is never let a few cocktails get in the way of your goals!
5 modified push-ups: I’m pretty sure I did five.
30-second plank: I actually did way more than 30 seconds because I became momentarily obsessed with figuring out how elbow planks are different than hand planks and which one is harder. I don’t remember what my research showed.
?? crunches: Not a clue how many I did.
13 squats: I was probably swaying a little bit, but I managed to do them!
I believe that this just proves that this little bit of exercise I’ve done for 16 days now is becoming a habit. Late at night after a few (several) cocktails, I still remembered to do it and it didn’t feel right to go to bed without completing it.
